Working with a pretty smart Content Management System (CMS) I can design and build you a basic website which is very easy for you to take over and manage yourself. This system is good for beginners and fantastic if you have a group of people who help with the website as you are able to set up several editors with different permissions.
Within the CMS, you can add pages, blogs and even an e-commerce platform (which does come with extra costs). The websites can be integrated with your Social Media channels and create a direct response link for your clients/visitors. Websites can also be home to a simple contact form so your visitors can simply email you direct from your site, no need to copy your email address and open their email client.
Websites are also intelligently built to be responsive to your visitors platform of choice - if they are on a computer, tablet or phone, the website will automatically resize everything to fit the device.
Once your website is LIVE, you can take it all and run it yourself. Or, I can do a rolling contract where I will remain as an admin on your website and provide support/add pages as required. Details of this can be discussed at the quotation stage or on completion of your site. I can also do a pay as you go service where I remain as an admin, then you just request specific work to be completed as and when you need it. This will be billed by invoice, not a monthly payment. These options depend on how often your website will be updated and how capable you (and your team) are at running it yourself. We can discuss the best suited option for you.

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
This is not my area of expertise, but I am able to do the basics. I can also incorporate SEO within the site build with generic keywords associated with your business. I can also set up a Google Analytics page if required.

Hosting & Domain Names
The CMS system will be able to host your website, there are different options depending on what you require. For example, an e-commerce system would be more expensive. Also the term you require for hosting, it is priced monthly but you buy a block of six months, one year or two years at a time. Prices do fluctuate throughout the year and also dependent on the strength of the pound to the dollar.
You can purchase your own domain name via 123-Reg if you wish, I will need access to your account to make your website LIVE. Or I can purchase the domain name on your behalf and invoice you for total costs..
